How can I order?You can browse our offerings and submit a pre-order directly through our website - no payment is required at this stage. Once we receive your order, we’ll review it, confirm availability, and send you a final invoice by email that includes delivery fees and any other relevant details. Once you’ve reviewed the invoice and everything looks good, you can proceed with secure payment directly through the invoice. Your order will be confirmed as soon as payment is received. How far in advance should I place my order?For smaller gatherings, we recommend placing your order about a week in advance. For larger events, the earlier the better to ensure availability. We do accept orders up to 24 hours before your desired delivery date, but availability may be limited. We encourage you to reach out to us at hello@annasartisanalplatters.com to check if we can accommodate your request.

Do you operate on Sundays and Mondays?We do, but with a few considerations! Since we receive fewer orders on Sundays, we also have a smaller team working that day - so advance notice is key to ensuring we can accommodate your request. Mondays can be a bit more challenging, as many of our suppliers are closed. With enough notice, we’ll do our best to fulfill your order as requested, or suggest thoughtful alternatives to make it work. The sooner you get in touch, the better we can plan - especially for these two days of the week! 🤗

Will my order look exactly like the photos on your site and social media?Each order is thoughtfully handcrafted using fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients whenever available, which means the contents and presentation may differ slightly from the photos shown on our website or social media. However, the quality, attention to detail, and overall value of your order will always be consistent.

How do you handle dietary restrictions?We’re happy to accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions and preferences - just let us know your needs when placing your order. That said, please note that while we take great care in preparing our food, our kitchen is not an allergen-free facility. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens. For individuals with serious food allergies, we advise caution and recommend refraining from consumption.
