How can I order?

You can browse our offerings and submit a pre-order directly through our website - no payment is required at this stage. Once we receive your order, we’ll review it, confirm availability, and send you a final invoice by email that includes delivery fees and any other relevant details.

Once you’ve reviewed the invoice and everything looks good, you can proceed with secure payment directly through the invoice. Your order will be confirmed as soon as payment is received.

How far in advance should I place my order?

For smaller gatherings, we recommend placing your order about a week in advance. For larger events, the earlier the better to ensure availability.

We do accept orders up to 24 hours before your desired delivery date, but availability may be limited. We encourage you to reach out to us at hello@annasartisanalplatters.com ()to check if we can accommodate your request.

Do you operate on Sundays and Mondays?

We do, but with a few considerations! Since we receive fewer orders on Sundays, we also have a smaller team working that day - so advance notice is key to ensuring we can accommodate your request.

Mondays can be a bit more challenging, as many of our suppliers are closed. With enough notice, we’ll do our best to fulfill your order as requested, or suggest thoughtful alternatives to make it work.
